All base rentals and add-ons are pickup only unless paired with a delivery package or balloon add-on. We’ll provide a pickup time and instructions when your booking is confirmed. Pick up will be in Wendell Falls - Wendell, NC.

Yes and no - Number Ballon Stacks + Grab & Go Garlands are available for individual purchase, however full balloon garlands are only available as part of an arch rental. We provide simple balloon garlands designed to complement our table setups, but we are not a full-service balloon company.

Our standard picnic table setup comfortably seats 6 people, with 8 pillows included for added seating or lounging (or for 8 small children).

Absolutely! You can start with any base rental and add optional touches like arches, balloons, or new color accents.

Yes — local delivery is available within a 15 mile radius of Wendell, NC for $25 for most packages. Delivery beyond our standard service area may be available for an additional fee and will be quoted based on distance. Setup is available for $50 and included with styled packages.

To secure your date, a booking form and 50% deposit are required. This ensures your picnic rental is reserved just for you. The remainder of your balance is due 14 days before your event.

Cancellations made 14+ days before pickup: deposit is refundable minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before pickup: deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your rental inventory for your date.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance. Your deposit can be applied to the new date if approved.

Yes! Our picnic rentals can be used indoors or outdoors, weather permitting. Please take care to avoid damage from rain, wind, or extreme conditions.

Our standard rentals are single-day rentals. Pickup, delivery, and return times will be finalized once your contract is confirmed. Weekend rentals may qualify for extended overnight use for an additional weekend rental fee, depending on inventory availability. Note: Rental durations may be adjusted based on availability. If no other bookings conflict, we may allow extended use by agreement. All times are subject to inventory scheduling to ensure availability for other customers.
